Shipping Information

We will never charge our customers "handling" fees. At BoatWaterSports.com we try to charge only the actual costs we spend in sending your order to you. All orders over $99.99 and within the lower 48 states will not be charged any shipping fees (all free shipping orders sent via UPS™ ground). For purchases under $100 you may determine shipping fees by adding all of the items of your order to your shopping cart and beginning the checkout process. You will enter a secure area of our website and you will enter your billing and shipping address information. Before you enter any payment information (credit card or Paypal™), the shopping cart will display shipping amounts for various shipping methods. The reason we require these steps before shipping can be calculated is because our system is communicating the weight information to UPS to generate the costs of shipping your order to you.

We currently do ship to Canada using UPS Standard delivery (Ground), however we will ship via USPS if specifically requested. We do not offer free shipping on Canadian orders. All of our products are approved for entry into Canada, however you will be liable for any duties and brokerage fees that are incurred while clearing through customs into Canada. We are sorry for this inconvenience, we understand it is more money for our friends to the north and we try to compensate you with great service.

When you place an order with BoatWaterSports.com, you will be e-mailed a confirmation of your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the appropriate tracking information. We currently ship Monday through Friday only. Standard UPS shipping times can be seen below:

You must place your order by 10:00 AM US Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday for your order to ship the same day (does not apply to orders for items that are back-ordered or out of stock). UPS™ standard ground service does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays. For all international orders, orders to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses, please contact us for specific shipping information.
