At BoatWaterSports.com we take our jobs seriously. We are a family-run company and we understand the meaning of quality customer service. This is why if you find any Airhead item in our store for a lower price somewhere else, we'll match it no questions asked. Simply show us a copy of a lower advertised price before or up to 10 days after your purchase and we'll beat it by 5% of the lower price. A couple of conditions to this generous promise:
1.If the competitor limits quantities we reserve the right to do so as well, and if the offer is footnoted by "while supplies last", we reserve the right to confirm that the competitor still has the item in stock.
2. Our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to competitor's bonus offers, free offers, special orders, typographical errors, clearance sales, or liquidation sales.
3. Internet competitor offers must include the product cost including the shipping/handling costs as the basis for comparison.
4. Price matching is subject to providing proof of the manufacturer's part number and availability of the product. (i.e., current dated advertisement, register receipt, copy of web page or catalog page) of a lower price, plus your original receipt to claim your refund for previous purchases. Payment Information

We offer several convenient payment options for your online purchase including all major credit cards and Paypal™. Debit cards may be used provided they have one of the major credit card logos. Submission of your credit card and all personal information is made in a secure environment using state of the art encryption technology. Please understand that we reserve the right to evaluate all transactions for any fraud potential and may contact the cardholder and use other methods to verify the validity of the purchase.

For telephone orders, we accept all major credit cards however we cannot accept Paypal™ via a phone order. Additionally, you can submit your personal and business check information for payment. Payment with a checking account will be subject to clearance of funds, usually 3 business days. We also offer our customers the option of paying via COD at the current UPS™ rate of $9 per package. All packages sent COD must be paid at the time of delivery and will only accept money orders and cashier's check. BoatWaterSports.com now is compatible for use with Google™ Checkout. Google™ Checkout allows customers the option to purchase items in our store quickly and securely using your Google™ account. You can use Google™ checkout anywhere you see one of their "Buy Now" buttons or simply browse the store as normal, adding whatever items you wish to buy in your shopping cart and when you're ready to checkout, click on the "View Cart" link and select "Google™ Checkout". If you do not already have a Google™ account you can create one and complete the checkout process.

All credit card charges with BoatWaterSports.com will appear on your statement as "Waterline Products".

Sales Tax

If we are sending your order to a Florida address, you will be charged 6% Florida state sales tax in addition to the merchandise and shipping costs. Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax to them directly.
